[1] Kjønn Mann Historie - Too many tragedies in Pete's early life, drove him away, and he disappeared in the 1950's. His family searched for many years, even as far away as Australia, to find him, but he left no trace.
In the time Pete was missing, two more of his siblings, his mother and his father, as well as several young nieces and nephews, passed away.
In Oregon, Pete worked in the apple orchards for many years, a well-respected, hard working, man. In the end, his surviving sister and brother were notified of his death, and arranged his burial.
