  Historie	She was secretary of the Women's Missionary Federation, Eau Claire Circuit, 1925-6 and president of Ladies Aid, Stanley, Wis. 1928-29. She organized and directed the Children's Choir of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Stanley, Wisconsin. Starting from scratch in a small town which never had more than one vocal music teacher for the whole school system, Lula taught her recruits to sing two- and three-part music, mostly a cappella, using Malmin books.
